The tank bottom features a conical sedimentation structure and a directional feed diffusion port design, allowing raw materials to first reduce their flow rate upon entering the tank, followed by natural sedimentation of impurities, preventing solids from directly entering the pump system.
This significantly reduces pump clogging, frequent filter cleaning, and heat exchanger scaling problems.
This results in stable separation points, minimal purity fluctuations, easier compliance with acceptance standards, and a lower customer complaint rate.
By calculating the inlet and outlet elevations, effective liquid level range, and minimum pump start-up level, a stable suction port liquid seal is ensured at all times,
avoiding cavitation, flow fluctuations, and frequent control valve operation caused by raw material variations.
The inner lining, coating, and plate grades are not based on "standard specifications," but are selected according to the raw material's pH, Cl⁻, S²⁻, moisture content, and temperature range,
effectively solving the common industry problem of corrosion and perforation within a few years.
For high-viscosity or easily waxing raw materials, an integrated structure of steam coils, electric heat tracing, and insulation layers can be incorporated, ensuring good fluidity even in low-temperature environments and reducing the difficulty of starting and stopping in winter.
The storage tank undergoes modular pre-assembly, sealing, and dimensional verification at the factory. On-site work only involves assembly and connection,
reducing lifting difficulty, minimizing construction rework, and reducing schedule uncertainty.
