The reboiler heater furnace from Chunlei Chemical Machinery is an industrial heating equipment specially designed to supply heat for distillation columns, rectification columns, fractionation systems and chemical separation units.

 

It primarily operates by burning natural gas, fuel oil or refinery fuel gas to transfer heat to process media, so as to generate required steam or vapor components and maintain stable separation inside the columns.

Extended furnace tube service life and lower maintenance costs

Furnace tubes are the core components of reboiler furnaces. We adopt premium materials including ASTM A106 Gr.B, ASTM A335 P11, ASTM A335 P22, TP304 stainless steel, TP316L stainless steel and high-temperature heat-resistant alloys. Under normal operating conditions, the designed service life of furnace tubes reaches over 15 to 20 years.

Low-nitrogen combustion technology

We can integrate internationally branded or custom low-NOx burner systems. The system features NOx emissions controlled at 30~80mg/Nm³, flame stability rate over 99%, automatic ignition control, on-line flame monitoring and intelligent combustion regulation.
